Full-Time Office Manager

This is an in office position, not a remote work position.

As an Office Manager at LIANG Commercial, your responsibilities will include

  • Content Marketing,
  • Market research;
  • Commercial property & business evaluation;
  • Social media and online marketing;
  • Making Video and Graphics design;
  • Ai content generation and Ai video
  • Contract preparation and review;
  • Website optimization, maintenance, and website designs;
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads optimization
  • Listing upload and brochure preparation;
  • Coordinating and following through on the contract process for clients;
  • English and Chinese websites maintenance, preparing Ads and managing Social Media accounts in both languages;
  • Other office duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • New graduate from a post-secondary institutions in Canada with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or Marketing, social media,  etc;
  • Minimum one year experience in website designs
  • Minimum one year experience in Google Analytics and Google Ads Optimization.
  • Two years experience in Video Making using Ai
  • Research and Prepare Content Marketing info
  • Being organized, detail oriented and quick to identify solutions to various concerns;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Proficient computer skills, and experience in database and statistics;
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese with excellent writing skills for Chinese websites and social media marketing
  • A strong team player with a focus on providing exceptional customer services.
