Licensed Realtor for 2+ years, commercial experience is NOT required, as we will provide training
Motivated, responsible and detail-oriented attitudes
Able to handle high volume of paperwork and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
Team player, able to work with many other associates in the team to achieve mutual benefits

Customer-focused and exhibiting the highest professionalism and standard
Second language is an asset but not required

We bring in high-quality leads for our agents, through online marketing, digital & printed ads, street signs, etc.
Full administrative and back office support, including uploading listings, preparing brochures, property CMA and deal sheets, pulling titles, street sign design, etc.
One-on-one training
Flexible hours and vacation time
100% commission of your residential sales goes to you, only splitting on commercial sales
